By Default, the X-T3 (and X-Pro3) will synchronize a flash with the shutter at shutter speeds of 1/180 s or slower.

By setting the flash sync setting in the Camera menu, you can sync the Godox flash up to 1/4000.

>The flash must be attached to the camera hot shoe and powered on for the TTL options to appear<
In the camera menu setting, select FLASH SETTINGS > FLASH FUNCTION SETTINGS >
Mode: Shoe Mount Flash: TTL (menu)
select sync. FP to choose sync mode

  • 1ST CURTAIN
  • 2ND CURTAIN
  • AUTO FP(HSS)   < choose this option for high speed flash sync.

The 1st and 2nd options will fire the flash at the beginning and end of the curtain respectively.  They will also cause a dark (under exposed) shadow to appear at shutter speeds above 1/180 sec.

The Fugi X-T1 can detect the Godox Falsh and set it to high speed sync up to 1/4000 sec.
